• Insurance against risk of non-repayment of credit: Allows the overseas buyer to grant credit to the importer:
• Buyer of domestic products at CIRR in foreign currency, or in RUB at the refinancing rate of the Bank of Russia

• Insurance covers losses resulting from the borrower's default on obligations under the credit contract regarding the repayment of credit (the principal amount of liabilities) within the time as provided in the credit contract due to the borrower's vulnerable economic standing or insolvency

• A contract of export risks insurance with state support is concluded between the parties by a decision of the government of Belarus, if the liability thereunder exceeds 10% of Eximgarant’s equity

• Insurance Committee: Set up by Eximgarant in order to ensure the efficiency of its activities in the field of export risk insurance, establish a balanced insurance portfolio of the company, as well as insure the acceptable degree of insurance risk

• Export risk insurance is typically issued in 10 working days

• 2023: A seminar of experts from Eximgarant of Belarus and KazakhExport was held in Minsk

• 2022: Eximgarant was suspended from the Berne Union
