Much of the information about the agencies themselves has been culled from their own websites, which are linked in this handbook, as well as from their annual reports.

We have also used data and information culled from industry directories, special reports issued by the agencies themselves and other institutions.

In many cases, when agency authorizations and/or exposure data are not available, trade data is presented. Trade data has been obtained from various sources, including the World Bank, the Observatory of Economic Complexity, Trading Economics, and Lloyds Bank.
