African infrastructure projects:
Served as ECA loan disbursement administrator for two ECAs for several infrastructure projects in Acrica. Working with the project sponsor, the EPC contractor, and the key equipment suppliers:
- Helped the contractor develop and implement work processes to maximize and expedite ECA loan disbursements
- Managed the ECA loan disbursement process by requesting and reviewing procurement data and documents, and preparing and submitting complete disbursement packages to the facility agent
- Based on actual project execution data, periodically recalculated ECA eligibilty to identify deviations in eligibility and seek corrective action as the project progressed
Independent power producer:
Served as ECA loan disbursement administrator for a power developer without ECA experience. Working with the project sponsor, the EPC contractor, and the key equipment suppliers:
- Managed the ECA loan disbursement process by requesting and reviewing procurement data and documents, and preparing and submitting complete disbursement packages to the facility agent
- Based on actual project execution data, periodically recalculated ECA eligibilty to identify deviations in eligibility and seek corrective action as the project progressed
- By using our services, our customer was able to maximize the use of the the US EXIM financing and disburse it in a timely and accurate manner

Copper mining project:
Served as ECA loan disbursement administrator for a mining megaproject in Asia. Working with the project sponsor and other project parties:
- Managed the ECA loan disbursement process by requesting and reviewing procurement data and documents, and preparing and submitting complete disbursement packages to the facility agent
- Sought and obtained a significant MARAD compensatory that allowed the project to maximize and expedite ECA loan utilization
- By using our services, our customer was able to maximize the use of the the US EXIM financing and disburse it in a timely and accurate manner
